When you’re ready to explore, it’s just a short walk to all the fun stuff in town, like restaurants and bars. Plus, it’s the perfect launchpad for checking out awesome places like Killarney National Park, Muckross House, Torc Waterfall and Ross Castle. It is also on the Ring of Kerry route.

Luachra Lodge

Luachra Lodge is the perfect countryside escape just 20 minutes from Killarney. Staying at Luachra Lodge is like stepping into a cozy countryside fairy tale! This charming B&B offers comfy rooms with private bathrooms, free toiletries, and a hairdryer.

I find O’Sullivan’s B & B best for its location. It is only a 10-minute drive from Killarney National Park. You can say it’s a lovely house just far enough off the main road to be quiet but not too far to travel. 

Nearby you will find Muckross House, Muckross Abbey, Torc Waterfall, and Killarney’s Lakes all within walking distance. The Muckross Park Hotel is half a mile. Also-
